FTP

Q: What is FTP and why i need it.
A: "FTP" stands for "File Transfer Protocol". This protocol allows you to upload and download files from or to a server or computer host. Many providers give you the option of creating multiple FTP accounts for your website. This allows you to give out individual accounts for each one of your employees, so they don't need to know your password. If one of these employees stops working on the project, you can simply delete the appropriate FTP account and not have to worry about any security issues that you would otherwise have with them knowing your password.
